WHAT: Recently, the Federal Reserve Board released the final rule amending home mortgage provisions of Regulation Z (Truth in Lending). This Webinar will focus on the section of the new rule that requires lenders to implement an escrow system for taxes and insurance for higher-priced mortgage loans. There will be plenty of time for your questions.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: Robert Cook and Tim Meredith are both partners with Hudson Cook, LLP. Hudson Cook was influential in developing AFSA’s comment letter and helpful in AFSA’s meeting with the Board on the proposed Regulation Z rules. Rebecca Myers with CitiFinancial has been working on implementing an escrow system for CitiFinancial.
