AFSAEF is now accepting registrations for the UNC Executive Leadership Program, the UNC Management Development Program, and the National Institute on Consumer Credit Management.

The AFSA/UNC Executive Leadership Program will be held April 19-20. This program provides an opportunity for AFSA members to have their top achievers participate in leadership sessions concentrating on developing an executive presence, understanding one's leadership and management strengths and development needs, and leading in the new business environment. More importantly is the opportunity to reconnect and network with peers for the alums of the two-week program.

The AFSA/UNC Management Development Program will be held July 6-17. This program builds on the current managerial effectiveness of high-potential middle managers while preparing them for future leadership roles within their organizations. This program includes a new case study of two financial services companies.

The National Institute on Consumer Credit Management Program will be held on June 6-11. This two-year program is designed for high-potential branch managers, team leaders and supervisors who are on the "fast track" in their career development.
