AFSA Welcomes New Board Member

Kathryn Houting Marczak is Harley Davidson Financial Services' new representative on the AFSA Board of Directors. She replaces Donna Zarcone, AFSA's immediate past chair.

Marczak is Vice President, Chief Credit and Administrative Officer at Harley-Davidson (HDFS). She manages corporate services, which includes legal and government affairs, compliance, human resources, organizational development and training, quality and continuous improvement and enterprise risk management. She is also responsible for corporate sales and marketing and co-manages the day-to-day operation of HDFS. In addition to joining the AFSA Board, Marczak will also be joining the AFSA Executive Committee.

Zarcone relinquished the Board seat due to increased corporate responsibilities at Harley-Davidson. Said AFSA president Randy Lively: "Donna did an outstanding job as both the 2004 Chair and as a member of the Board. We very much appreciate her strong leadership and service to the association."
