Bob Zane

While AFSA's U.S. and European Investors Conference Advisory Boards have attracted many excellent speakers and strong attendance over the years, the association is devoting more resources to make both conferences even more successful.

Of particular note is the hiring of Bob Zane, a past chairman of both the U.S and European conferences, as a consultant charged with increasing the number of investors who attend the two meetings. Zane recently retired from GMAC Financial Services as Director of Investor Relations. He is a 2001 recipient of AFSA's highest honor, the Distinguished Services Award.

"With Bob's experience, success and contacts in the investor community, we expect the number of investors who attend our conferences to increase, adding more value to AFSA members who conduct individual company presentations," says Randy Lively, AFSA's President & CEO.
