Gregory Williams, AFSA Regional Director of State Government Affairs was a speaker at the 2006 User Group Association Annual Conference hosted by Megasys, Inc. at Knott's Berry Farm in California. The conference, which took place on May 18 and 19, brings together users of the Megasys Finance System. Many attendees are AFSA members.

In his remarks, Williams discussed state legislative trends relating to data security breaches, file freezes, gift and stored value cards, personal lending and new markets, auto finance, and financial education and literacy efforts and programs.
