A. Alexander ("Sandy") McLean, III is the chief executive officer of World Acceptance Corporation. Previously, he served as the company's executive vice president since August 1996 and before that, senior vice president since 1992. McLean, a certified public accountant in South Carolina, has also served the company as both the chief financial officer and a director since June 1989.

Preston Miller has been chief operating officer for Originations for AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc. since January 2005. Previously, he was AmeriCredit's chief financial officer from 2003 to 2005, treasurer from 1996 to 2003, and controller from 1989 to 1996. Prior to joining AmeriCredit, he was an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. Miller is a certified public accountant.

Stergios ("Terry") Theologides is executive vice president/corporate affairs, general counsel and secretary of New Century Financial Corporation. He oversees New Century's legal, regulatory compliance and government and public affairs, security and risk management departments. Theologides joined New Century in 1998 as vice president and general counsel. In addition, he was corporate counsel to Wynn's International, Inc. from February 1996 to March 1998 and was an associate at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP from 1992 to 1996. He is widely recognized as an expert on legal and regulatory topics affecting the mortgage industry.
