AFSA's 4th Annual National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) Legislative Outreach Dinner took place August 15th at the Annual NCSL Conference in Nashville, TN. More than 50 legislators and industry representatives from around the nation attended the event, and Representative Donna Stone (DE), who will assume the Presidency of NCSL next year, delivered the welcoming remarks.

AFSA also hosted a financial literacy booth at the week-long conference, which featured materials from the AFSA Education Foundation and member companies. A high-speed Internet connection allowed legislators and legislative staff to run the Foundation's MoneySKILL® demonstration module. The booth provided a unique opportunity for AFSA members and the Foundation to showcase their financial literacy materials, which cover a broad range of curricula for all age levels.
