AFSA does not make loans.
If you have been contacted by an individual or company using our logo or name offering a loan, you should consider it fraudulent - do not give any account or personal information and do not send any money.
AFSA encourages all consumers who believe they may be the victim of fraudulent activity to contact their state Attorney General's office or Department of Financial Services. In addition, consumers may contact the Federal Trade Commission.
If you receive any materials or communications that use the American Financial Services Association (AFSA) name or logo, please forward them to us.
