John is the Chief Relationship Officer for Money Management International (MMI). MMI is the largest US non-profit credit counseling agency. John is responsible for MMIís national creditor and association relationships, and government relations.

Prior to MMI John spent nearly 10 years with Take Charge America (TCA) another large national credit counseling agency, moving from a volunteer board member role to start their Business Development department and eventually serving as CEO and President. While there he expanded national relationships and diversified services including expansion into the housing counseling area where TCA quickly became a nationally active organization.

Prior to joining the credit counseling sector John spent 21 years as an executive in capital funding and leasing. John earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago.

Ann Woods is Vice President of Industry Relations for Money Management International (MMI). Ms. Woods is responsible for creating and managing external relationships between MMI and organizations that want to increase awareness of MMIís services to their customers, employees or constituents.

Ms. Woods first entered the credit counseling industry as a board member of Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) Southwest in 1993. In 1998, she joined CCCS Southwest, which merged with MMI in 2001. Prior to that, she was the Western Regional Director for Equifax, Inc.

Throughout her career, Ms. Woods has managed a variety of business development efforts, including strategic planning, sales management and strategy implementation.
