The state Traditional Installment Lending Subcommittee identifies and analyzes ongoing and emerging state legislation, as well as other state developments that may affect the installment lending industry. The subcommittee develops resources to address priority issues and engages in direct advocacy where appropriate.
The subcommittee meets monthly by phone, except in months where the State Government Affairs Committee meets in person. The group also meets annually in person in conjunction with AFSA’s Independents Conference.
